The album was their most successful on the Billboard charts, peaking at 58 on the Billboard 200 as well as 11 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums. A little over two years later, Funhouse was certified Gold on June 12, 1992 by the RIAA. Two singles also made it to the billboard charts, “Funhouse” (#1 Hot Rap Singles) and “Back to Basics” (#16 Hot Rap Singles).
