DaBaby’s performance with Roddy Ricch at the Grammys quickly went viral Sunday thanks to a singing and dancing chorus that featured older vocalists.
Many on social media affectionately referred to members of the chorus as “grandmas” as they raved about their performances.
“I swear I just saw my grandma performing with DaBaby #GRAMMYs,” tweeted a user named Hayden Baugh.null
Another Twitter commenter with the username Courtney wrote, “imagine seeing your grandma perform with dababy at the Grammys rn #GRAMMYs.”
A user with the handle @carrobucks, meanwhile, wrote of DaBaby’s performance, “i love his collection of grandmas.”
DaBaby and Roddy Ricch performed their hit “Rockstar” during the memorable segment at the awards show in Los Angeles.

Roddy Ricch was among the most-nominated artists at the 2021 Grammys with six, while DaBaby received four.
“Rockstar” was nominated for multiple honors, including record of the year and best rap song.
