Mother Accused of Being Paid to Allow Someone to Have Sex With Her 5-Year-Old Daughter Before Murder

A Georgia mother has been accused of accepting money from someone in exchange for sex with her 5-year-old daughter.

According to police documents obtained by, 35-year-old Kristy Marie Siple was arrested Tuesday in connection to the murder and kidnapping of Kamarie Holland, her daughter who was found dead in a vacant Alabama home earlier this month. Siple, who also goes by Kristy Hoskins, was charged with sex trafficking, murder during a kidnapping, murder during rape, and murder during sodomy.

The arrest warrant states Siple “did agree with another person to pay her for having sexual intercourse and sodomy with her minor daughter,” who is said to have died “by asphyxiation from a ligature.” reports the child’s body was found Dec. 13, shortly after Siple reported her missing. The mother claimed she had woken up at around 6 a.m. to find Kamarie missing and the front door open. She told police she searched the house, but failed to locate her daughter.

Police eventually discovered Kamarie’s lifeless body in an empty home located on the Alabama-Georgia state line in southern Alabama. Authorities determined the home was previously occupied by Jeremy Tremaine Williams, who was immediately identified as a suspect. Investigators say Williams and Siple knew each other but did not provide details on their relationship, simply explaining they were not dating.

Williams was arrested and charged with capital murder of a person under the age of 14. Russell County Sheriff Heath Taylor told reporters Williams will likely be hit with additional charges, including capital murder during a kidnapping, capital murder during a rape, capital murder during sodomy, and production of child pornography.

“I’m  a mommy. I did not have nothing to do with this,” Siple said during a TV news interview prior to her arrest. “She was my life. I lived for her daily. She was my only girl. I have three boys and her.”

Kamarie’s father, Corey Holland, released the following statement to WRBL earlier this week:

The amount of pain Kristy has caused by ripping Kamarie out of our lives will never cease. We are glad to see that she has been arrested. We are one step closer to justice for Kamarie. It’s our hope that justice is served. Kristy should receive whatever the maximum penalty she can get. She’s a monster. A real mother protects and would die for her children. Kristy is a monster. My family and I will continue to wrestle with the loss of losing our angel Kamarie. We will ask that you continue to make your news about her and the justice she deserves.”
