Man, teenage girls shot inside car in Brooklyn, police say

A 16-year-old girl was shot in the back of the head in Brooklyn on Sunday while sitting in a car with another female teen and an older man, police said.

The other teen, a 17-year-old girl, suffered a bullet graze wound to her face, while the man took several slugs to his body, authorities said.

The 16-year-old girl and the man, 35, were in critical condition at the hospital, cops said.

The trio was injured when another driver pulled up next to the man’s vehicle at Dumont Avenue and Drew Street in East New York around 3:30 a.m. and began shooting at it, cops said.

The injured man tried to drive off with the teens, only to crash his car.

Photos from the scene show a black Hyundai riddled with bullet holes and a smashed rear end.

There were no arrests, and cops said they didn’t have information about the motive.
