A Bronx man was killed over a clogged commode.

A fight over a clogged and overflowing toilet in a reputed gang hangout ended in murder, police and neighbors say.

A parolee crashing on a couch in a Bronx housing development shot and killed another man on March 26 after the two squabbled over the bathroom blockage, according to NYPD sources.

The shooter, Christopher Machicote, 27, was arrested Wednesday on murder, manslaughter and weapon possession charges, cops said.

Police say he shot Keyan Francis, 28, in the chest, inside a 14th-floor apartment in the Morris Houses on Washington Ave. near E. 171st St. in Claremont about 10:45 a.m.

EMS rushed Francis to St. Barnabas Hospital but he could not be saved.

Several people were hanging out in the apartment when one witness, who was in another room heard Francis and Machicote bickering “over a clogged and overflowing toilet,” a police source said.
