Slim Thug Calls Out Fans for Assuming JAY-Z Allegations Are True

Houston rapper Slim Thug has made headlines once again, this time for his outspoken views on the recent allegations against JAY-Z. The legendary rapper is facing accusations of assaulting a teenage girl alongside Diddy at a 2000 MTV Video Music Awards after-party. However, Slim Thug is not convinced of JAY-Z’s guilt.

Taking to Instagram Live, Slim Thug expressed his thoughts on the situation, emphatically stating, “JAY-Z is not guilty. I don’t believe that sht.” He expanded on his perspective, suggesting that both JAY-Z and Diddy are being unfairly targeted. “We’ll continue to see motherfckers try to take down Black billionaires,” he stated, highlighting the lack of criminal cases against them despite the serious allegations.

Slim Thug further criticized the legal system and media, explaining how lawyers often exploit situations to seek settlements, knowing that public opinion can severely damage reputations regardless of innocence. “By the time the blogs get done, sheesh. That sh*t all fake anyway,” he asserted, emphasizing the detrimental impact of media narratives on individuals’ public images.

This isn’t the first time Slim Thug has addressed serious allegations in the industry. Previously, he defended Diddy when initial accusations arose. However, after a video surfaced showing Diddy attacking Cassie, Slim Thug changed his stance, publicly apologizing to her and expressing his disapproval of Diddy’s actions. “I can’t stand behind this. I’ll take this L,” he wrote, while maintaining his belief in the principle of “innocent until proven guilty.”

Now, Slim Thug is applying that same principle to JAY-Z, standing firmly by the idea that allegations alone are not enough to determine guilt.
