Diddy: Anonymous Accuser Speaks Out in CNN Interview

In a recent CNN interview, an individual accusing Diddy of rape shared his story while choosing to remain anonymous. The John Doe is represented by attorney Tony Buzbee, who is also the legal counsel for a woman alleging that both JAY-Z and Diddy raped her when she was just 13 years old in 2000. Buzbee has filed multiple lawsuits against Diddy, even establishing an 800 number for others to report their claims.

During the CNN interview, the accuser recounted an incident he alleges occurred in 2007 while he was working as security at one of Diddy’s parties in the Hamptons. He described the strong drinks served at the party, saying, “The first drink started to have some effect on me, and I just thought, ‘Wow, these are really strong drinks.’ It wasn’t until the second drink that I realized something was amiss.”

According to his claims, Diddy then forced him into an SUV and assaulted him. “I was screaming, telling him to stop. It was incredibly painful, and he seemed completely disconnected from what was happening,” he recounted.

Interestingly, the initial lawsuit filed by John Doe in October stated that the alleged incident took place in 2006 and mentioned the long-lasting trauma he experienced, which affected his marriage. However, the lawsuit was recently amended to claim the event occurred in 2007 and stated that he “was married at the time and felt too ashamed to confide in his wife after enduring the assault.”

In response, Diddy’s legal team commented to TMZ, stating, “After Buzbee was called out this week for allegedly pressuring clients to file false claims against Mr. Combs, and with public records indicating that—contrary to the allegations—there was no white party in the Hamptons in 2006, he amended this complaint to change the narrative and the timing of the alleged incident.”

This statement follows a declaration from JAY-Z’s lawyer, who mentioned that a woman had approached their firm recently to discuss her negative experiences with Buzbee and accused him of coaching her to make false statements. She claimed that, despite her allegations not being related to Diddy, Buzbee’s firm pressured her to file her complaint anonymously and discouraged her from pursuing criminal charges.

The woman expressed feeling directed by Buzbee’s firm to fabricate a story involving drugs and restraint, which did not align with her actual experience. After she refused to alter her narrative, she was reportedly dropped as a client.

Buzbee responded to these claims, asserting, “This is utterly absurd. If someone reaches out to our firm with a legitimate case, we will take it on. We are pursuing numerous cases against various individuals beyond P. Diddy. However, we won’t chase a case that lacks merit.”

He added, “I can’t speak to what she told our intake team, and I can’t confirm her claims. We certainly don’t pressure anyone to pursue a case.”
