Xzibit’s Estranged Wife Demands $30K Monthly Support: “We Can’t Afford Designer Clothes!”

In a dramatic turn of events, Xzibit’s estranged wife, Kristina Joiner, is back in court seeking a substantial increase in spousal and child support after claiming she is struggling to maintain the lifestyle she enjoyed prior to their split in 2021. Kristina has filed court documents requesting $30,000 a month to help cover her and their 12-year-old son’s living expenses, arguing that their financial situation has drastically changed since their separation.

According to Kristina, she and her son have had to move out of their $10,000-a-month rental home, and she now finds it challenging to afford essential items, let alone designer clothes. In her filing, she expressed her inability to pay bills, car insurance, or even take weekend trips, alleging that Xzibit prioritizes spending on his girlfriend’s luxury car over their son’s private school tuition. She also claimed that Xzibit has not attempted to see their son since September 2024.

The legal documents also reveal troubling allegations of domestic violence. Kristina accuses Xzibit and his girlfriend, Valerie Eagleson, of fighting in front of their son, resulting in her sustaining skin abrasions. Additionally, she alleges that Xzibit reacted violently when he discovered their son had memes of Eagleson on his phone, reportedly slamming the child’s head onto a table.

In light of these circumstances, Kristina is asking the court to increase her existing child support to $9,313 per month and spousal support to $21,380 per month. She is also seeking a determination that Xzibit owes her more than $750,000 in arrears and an additional $300,000 to cover attorney fees.

Initially, Kristina’s child support was based on Xzibit’s reported income of $25,000 per month, but she now believes he is earning at least $134,000 monthly, a claim supported by bank statements. As the court proceedings unfold, the public awaits Xzibit’s response to these serious allegations and requests for financial support.
