Diddy Accuser Changes Tune on Beyoncé, Jay-Z’s Involvement, Amends Lawsuit

In a surprising turn of events, Manzaro Joseph, who recently filed a lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs, has amended his claims, notably dropping allegations involving Beyoncé and Jay-Z. Initially, Joseph accused Diddy of drugging him and parading him at a 2015 birthday party for Diddy’s son, King Combs, where he claimed Beyoncé and Jay-Z witnessed him in a compromising state.

In the newly filed documents, Joseph makes no mention of the Carters, which marks a significant shift in his narrative. The amended lawsuit appears to focus solely on Diddy and other defendants while leaving out the high-profile couple entirely.

Joseph had previously alleged that during the birthday party in Miami, he was forced to wear an explicit mask and that Beyoncé reacted with disbelief upon seeing him, questioning, “Why is this half-naked white man with a c**k mask standing here in front of me?” However, these claims have been omitted from the latest version of the lawsuit.

Sources reportedly close to the situation indicate that Jay-Z’s attorney, Alex Spiro, had warned Joseph’s legal team about the potential consequences of making false allegations. Spiro reportedly provided evidence demonstrating that Jay-Z and Beyoncé were not present in Miami at the time of the alleged incident, which likely contributed to Joseph’s decision to amend his claims.

This incident marks the second time Jay-Z has been cleared of allegations related to Diddy. In a previous case, a Jane Doe who accused both moguls of rape in 2000 dismissed her lawsuit last month.

Despite the changes regarding the Carters, Joseph is still pursuing legal action against Diddy, Emilio Estefan, and others, seeking damages for the alleged incident. As the case progresses, the implications of these developments could have significant repercussions for all parties involved, particularly in the context of the ongoing scrutiny surrounding celebrity culture and legal accountability.
