The Bay to the A connection is still strong as Lil Jon has hooked up with E-40, P-Lo and Da Boii for “What We On.”
The celebratory video is dedicated to Bernard Gourley, who passed away in 2022. The video features Lil Jon playing up Dave Chappelle’s infamous “what” skit in the beginning, before he hits the Bay to cruise around.
E-40, who just dropped off his new video “Courtside 40” shows up to deliver bars like: “1, 2, 3, 4 shots of that yak / I don’t need no chaser, I don’t need no water back,” raps 40 as he pours his Tycoon cognac. “Got emeralds in my bezel, emeralds in my cuban links. “I’ma dane dripping on ’em like a broken down sink.”
