It’s unclear what the “special set” from the Harlem rap legends will involve exactly, but fans have speculated it could feature guest appearances or tracks that haven’t seen live performances in decades.
Cam’ron and Ma$e finally squashed their long-standing feud last summer, which dated back to the late ’90s when the latter jetted from NYC to Atlanta.
A video shared by Ma$e’s sister Stason Betha last August showed that the former Children of the Corn collaborators buried the hatchet after jumping on the phone.
Ma$e, who was all smiles in the clip, said to Cam’ron: “Killa, what’s good?” followed by a laugh. After Cam responded, Ma$e then joked: “Where’s Mr. Petty at these days?” seemingly in reference to “Dinner Time,” a 2017 diss record aimed at him.
The pair then made history in their hometown when they delivered their first live performance of their classic hit “Horse & Carriage” nearly 25 years after the song was first released.
The legendary performance took place during the Dipset and Bad Boy hitmakers’ one-night-only show alongside Jadakiss at Harlem’s famed Apollo Theater in January
These days, Cam’ron and Ma$e are co-hosts of the rapidly-rising sports talk show It Is What It Is, which has taken the sports debate world by storm since its launch earlier this year. ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith even join them during an episode last week
