BIG SEAN RAPS OVER J DILLA CLASSIC ON NEW BRYSON TILLER ‘SLUM TILLER’ EP: LISTEN

Big Sean and Bryson Tiller take turns rapping over J Dilla’s beat from Slum Village’s “Get Dis Money” on a new single of the same name.

The track is featured on Tiller’s new Slum Tiller Vol. 3 EP, part of the singer’s “Tiller Tuesdays” series

On the cut, the Louisville-bred MC laments the end of a relationship, spitting: “She treat me like I’m deceased, like I’m a dead artist.” He adds, “My n-gga warned me like, ‘Please, dog, be very cautious.’”

Big Sean also taps into his relationship bars, rapping: “I guess you don’t know what you got until you see it going/ Seeking closure but I text emoji left the message open.” Check out the full song below.

Tiller began his Tuesday release series earlier this month with the release of a new single, “Lost Intro.”

The R&B singer unveiled the song with the single artwork inspired by the Grand Theft Auto video game series. Over upbeat, subterranean production from Sango, Tiller addresses his critics while showcasing his rapping ability, namedropping JAY-Z in the process.

Learned from all my enemies, laughing at my mini me’s/ I wish you could see the texts that these n-ggas sent to me/ Hov telling me I’m nice, are you kidding me?” he spits.

At the end of 2022, Tiller jumped on a remix of Flo Milli’s “Never Lose Me” with a raunchy verse.

On the song, he spits: “I’m sliding in, got one hand on her coochie/ Sticky, no biggie, it’s juicy, thinking she dreaming.”

Detroit native Big Sean has also been in the news of late, though he’s been more focused on getting the Detroit Lions to the Super Bowl than on his rap career.

Earlier this month, the “Bounce Back” rapper and Eminem pulled up to Ford Field to cheer on the Lions as they squeaked out a 24-23 win against the Rams to give Detroit its first playoff victory since January 1992.

Slim Shady and Sean Don were photographed on the sideline pre-game in their Lions gear alongside fellow Detroit legends like former running back Barry Sanders and retired wide receiver Calvin Johnson.

All these guys put MAJOR points on the board for Detroit .. Salute,” fellow Motor City native Royce Da 5’9” wrote on Instagram while reposting the photo.
