Kid Cudi has announced his second album of 2024 along with its release date.

After dropping INSANO in January, the Cleveland rapper has revealed that his new album is titled INSANO (NITRO MEGA) and will be released on February 23.

Cudder took to X (formerly known as Twitter) on Wednesday (February 14) to share some details about the upcoming project, clarifying that it’s not simply a deluxe edition of INSANO.

“INSANO (NITRO MEGA) FEB 23RD,” he wrote. “good times again my friends, good fuckin times to be had.”

When a fan said they were “getting this vibe that it’s not just 18 songs tacked on at the end” and that it’s “truly a whole new album,” Cudi replied: “Bingo. This is not a deluxe. It will be a continuation of the energy but isnt a deluxe, its another album called INSANO (NITRO MEGA).”

Cudi’s ninth solo album and last on Republic Records, INSANO debuted at No. 13 on the Billboard 200 chart and boasted features from Travis Scott, Lil Wayne, Young Thug, A$AP Rocky, Pharrell, Lil Yachty and the late XXXTENTACION.

It served as the follow-up to 2022’s Entergalactic album, which coincided with an animated Netflix special of the same name
