Diddy Employee Claims He Was Forced to Destroy Evidence of Sex Parties in New Lawsuit

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing yet another lawsuit, this time from a former employee named Philip Pines, who alleges that he was coerced into participating in Diddy’s sex parties and subsequently tasked with destroying evidence of these events. The lawsuit, filed on December 23, 2024, claims that Pines worked for Diddy from December 2019 to December 2021 and was subjected to abuse and forced involvement in activities he did not consent to.

Pines described the parties as “Wild King Nights,” during which he was compelled to prepare by purchasing items such as alcohol, drugs, and various sexual paraphernalia. He alleged that he was responsible for cleaning up after the parties, which included ensuring that no video footage of Diddy was captured and removing any bodily fluids to avoid detection. The lawsuit also details incidents where Diddy reportedly exposed a celebrity to COVID-19 and acted violently during these events.

In response to the allegations, Diddy’s legal team issued a statement categorically denying Pines’ claims, asserting that the music mogul has never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone. The statement emphasized that anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason and expressed confidence that Diddy would prevail in court.

This lawsuit adds to the growing list of legal troubles facing Diddy, who has been accused of various serious crimes over the years. As the legal proceedings unfold, the entertainment industry watches closely, aware of the implications these allegations may have on Diddy’s legacy and business endeavors.
