Young Thug is back with Lil Baby and hints at a reunion with Future for ‘Super Slimey 2.’

Young Thug is making a significant return to the music scene with two collaborations alongside Lil Baby, amid swirling rumors of a long-awaited reunion with Future for “Super Slimey 2.”

Thug’s comeback follows more than 900 days spent behind bars during the YSL RICO trial, the longest in Georgia’s history. Since his release on October 31, 2024, he has maintained a low profile, but now he’s ready to reconnect with fans.

On January 3, Lil Baby released his new album, WHAM (Who Hard As Me), featuring Young Thug and Future on the track “Dum Dumb and Dumber.” Lil Baby also teased on his Instagram Stories another collaboration with Young Thug, set to appear on the deluxe version of the album releasing on January 7.

Moreover, excitement is building as producers Wheezy, Southside, and ATL Jacob have been spotted in the studio, indicating they are working on “Super Slimey 2.” This sequel to Thug and Future’s 2017 mixtape has fans eager for what’s next.
