Tekashi 6ix9ine Confirms Federal Raid on His Florida Mansion Resulted in Seized Guns and Drugs

Tekashi 6ix9ine’s Florida mansion was the focus of a federal raid on Wednesday, where authorities conducted a probation check to ensure the rapper was adhering to the conditions of his release. The operation involved narcotics detectives from the Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office, who executed a search warrant at the property. In an interview with TMZ, 6ix9ine revealed that he was handcuffed for an extended period, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, during the raid, which resulted in the confiscation of guns, drugs, and DNA samples.

Despite the seizure, 6ix9ine stated that he had not engaged in any criminal activity and emphasized that the Sheriff’s office found no items that could be directly linked to him. Authorities later clarified that he was not arrested and that the handcuffs were solely for officer safety during the operation.

This incident marks another chapter in the ongoing legal troubles for 6ix9ine. Earlier this year, he disclosed on social media that the IRS had seized his assets due to unpaid taxes, including a raid on his home in the Dominican Republic. He noted that he had been unable to return to the U.S. at that time, which led to misunderstandings about his actions during the IRS investigation.

In a related development, items seized by the IRS recently went up for auction in Florida, with various luxury items fetching impressive prices. Notably, a platinum plaque for his hit song “BEBE” sold for $24,320, while the plaque for “Gummo” went for $18,240. Other high-value items included a Hermès Birkin bag that sold for $23,680 and a Cartier Santos watch that fetched $22,080.

As 6ix9ine navigates these legal challenges, the scrutiny on his lifestyle and financial dealings continues to grow, keeping him in the spotlight within the hip-hop community.
