Jack Harlow Celebrates Milestone as a Diamond-Selling Rapper on His 27th Birthday

Jack Harlow has officially joined the exclusive ranks of diamond-selling artists, celebrating this significant achievement in tandem with his 27th birthday on March 13, 2025. The Louisville native marked the occasion by receiving an impressive 11 new certifications from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), including a diamond certification for his breakout hit, “What’s Poppin,” which propelled him into mainstream stardom.

In addition to the diamond accolade, Harlow’s discography has seen multiple tracks gain significant recognition. His songs “Lovin On Me” and “First Class” have both been certified 4x platinum, while “Tyler Herro” has reached 3x platinum status. Other tracks like “That’s What They All Say” achieved 2x platinum, and hits such as “Churchill Downs,” “Come Home The Kids Miss You,” “Dua Lipa,” and “SUVS” have all been certified platinum. Furthermore, his songs “Luv Is Dro” and “Route 66” have earned gold certifications, showcasing the broad appeal and commercial success of his music.

Harlow took to Instagram to share his excitement, posting a photo of his new diamond plaque alongside snapshots from his birthday celebration. The post, adorned with diamond emojis, highlights his enthusiasm for this milestone and his appreciation for the support he has received from fans.

Beyond his music career, Jack Harlow is expanding his horizons in the entertainment industry. He recently starred alongside Matt Damon in the Apple TV+ series The Instigators, which revolves around an ex-Marine, played by Damon, who plans a heist with Harlow and other notable actors, including Casey Affleck and Alfred Molina. This series follows Harlow’s acting debut in the 2023 reboot of White Men Can’t Jump, a film that also featured the late Lance Reddick and Teyana Taylor.

Reflecting on his transition into acting, Harlow expressed his commitment to bringing the same level of passion to his film projects as he does to his music. He stated, “It’s either just going to be there was an announcement you were in a movie and nothing else, or you get that, and it’s like, ‘Wow, and you brought it.’ So, I’m starting to look at it how I look at the music, and it’s my first one, so I care a lot about it.”

Since 2023, Harlow has been on an impressive trajectory, releasing his third studio album, Jackman, in April, followed by a collaboration with K-Pop star Jung Kook. He also embarked on an arena tour in his home state of Kentucky and achieved a chart-topping single with “Lovin On Me.” This track not only dominated the Billboard Hot 100 but also notably outperformed releases from major artists like Beyoncé and Kanye West earlier this year, illustrating Harlow’s growing influence in the music industry.

As he celebrates his birthday and diamond certification, Jack Harlow continues to solidify his place in hip-hop while exploring new avenues in acting and entertainment. With his talent and work ethic, fans can anticipate more innovative projects and hit songs from this rising star in the years to come.
