Dallas native BigXthaPlug made a splash on his late-night television debut on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” where he performed his hit songs “The Largest” and “Mmhmm.” Before hitting the stage, BigXthaPlug surprised host Jimmy Kimmel with a thoughtful gift—a custom-made Texas Slab chain designed by The Ice Champ, featuring a layered pendant of a Slab on top of the state of Texas.
“I just wanted to bring by this gift for you,” he told Kimmel in a video shared on the show’s Instagram Stories. When Kimmel expressed that a gift wasn’t necessary, BigXthaPlug humorously insisted, “I come bearing gifts as always, man. We’re twinning. I have one as well.” Kimmel playfully agreed, noting that they often get told they look alike, and shared a moment of camaraderie as they posed for a picture wearing their matching chains, which also bear an inscription of their names on the back.
With the recent release of “All the Way,” featuring Bailey Zimmerman, BigXthaPlug is gearing up for an exciting new project—his highly anticipated country album. Following the success of “All the Way,” which debuted at No. 4 and currently sits at No. 8 on the Billboard Hot 100, fans can expect the country rap project to drop soon.
