Suge Knight Breaks Silence on Diddy’s Alleged Gun Confrontation During Trial

Suge Knight has spoken out regarding his alleged encounter with Sean “Diddy” Combs, a topic that has resurfaced during Diddy’s ongoing sex trafficking trial. The former head of Death Row Records clarified his perspective on the incident, which took place 17 years ago.

During testimony on May 13, Cassie Ventura recounted a dramatic moment when Diddy interrupted a “freak-off” to confront Knight after spotting him with his crew. She described her fear as Diddy allegedly armed himself with multiple guns, expressing concern for what he intended to do. Following her testimony, Diddy’s former assistant, David James, also recounted the 2008 event, stating it was so alarming that it prompted him to quit his job.

In a phone interview with TMZ on May 22, Knight addressed the allegations, stating, “If he’d have confronted me and he had a gun, you best believe he was gonna have to use it, or something was gonna happen.” He elaborated on the fear that can drive individuals to violence, suggesting that when people feel threatened, they might resort to using weapons.

When asked if he was armed during that fateful night in 2008, Knight humorously replied, “I was armed with my Bible,” implying he wouldn’t disclose further details.

The trial has seen a range of witnesses, including Cassie, her mother, former Danity Kane member Dawn Richard, and others, including Kid Cudi, who testified about his own experiences involving Diddy. The charges against Diddy include racketeering conspiracy and multiple counts of sex trafficking, with potential consequences that could see him facing 15 years to life in prison.

As the trial progresses, the testimonies and revelations continue to paint a complex picture of Diddy’s past and the allegations against him, keeping audiences captivated by the unfolding drama.
