The album features a diverse range of producers, including Mike City, Poison Ivy, Buddah, and Chuckie Madness, as well as contributions from Channel Live themselves. The collaborative effort includes guest appearances from notable artists such as Akbar, Method Man, Black Rob, and Carl Thomas, adding depth and variety to the album.
Despite its rich production and featuring a standout single, “Wild Out 2K,” which reached No. 48 on the Hot Rap Singles chart, “Armaghetto” did not make a significant impact on the US Billboard charts. The album has received mixed reviews, with some praising its lyrical content while others noted that it did not live up to the expectations set by their debut.
With a runtime of 54 minutes and 45 seconds, “Armaghetto” stands as a testament to Channel Live’s contributions to the hip-hop genre during the late ’90s and early 2000s.
