Celebrity Lawsuits: Diddy Sued by Sex Worker for $500K Over Allegations of Coercion

In a serious legal development, Sean “Diddy” Combs, also known as “Mr. Star,” is facing a civil lawsuit filed by Michael Ejiawoko, a sex worker who is seeking over $500,000 in damages. The lawsuit, lodged in Los Angeles County Superior Court, alleges that Diddy and several luxury hotels conspired to exploit Ejiawoko during disturbing encounters at high-end properties in Las Vegas and Los Angeles.

Ejiawoko claims that he was recruited by Diddy in 2018 under false pretenses, believing he would be engaging in consensual sex work with adult women. However, he alleges that the women involved were coerced into these acts, and that Diddy orchestrated and observed the sexual encounters without direct participation. The complaint names high-profile hotels including The Palazzo, Wynn Las Vegas, and The London West Hollywood as defendants in the case.

According to Ejiawoko’s attorney, Jonathan D. Evans, the hotel staff knowingly facilitated Diddy’s illicit activities by reserving hotel rooms under aliases, such as “Mr. Star,” to protect his identity. The allegations detail that hotel personnel also granted access to secured areas and helped in escorting Ejiawoko and other participants during these encounters. They are accused of cleaning up after the events and removing any incriminating evidence, including oils and substances related to drug use.

Ejiawoko further claims that he was instructed to use oil provided by Diddy, which he suspects may have been laced with drugs, impairing his ability to provide informed consent. Additionally, the lawsuit asserts that the sexual encounters were secretly recorded without his knowledge or permission.

The lawsuit brings forth serious allegations, including sexual battery, civil conspiracy, and violations of the federal Trafficking Victims Protection Act. Ejiawoko argues that he was misled and that Diddy, along with the hotels, collaborated to conceal their activities to evade legal repercussions.

In his filing, Ejiawoko is seeking damages for emotional distress and mental anguish, along with punitive damages and attorney fees. He has requested a jury trial to address these claims.

This lawsuit adds to a troubling array of legal issues for Diddy, who has recently faced multiple civil complaints related to allegations of sexual misconduct. The ongoing legal challenges have raised questions about his conduct and the environment surrounding his high-profile lifestyle.

As this case unfolds, it highlights the serious implications of consent and accountability within the entertainment industry, reminding us of the importance of addressing such allegations with the gravity they deserve.
