Notably, The Weeknd is also home to the most streamed song in Spotify history, “Blinding Lights,” which boasts over 4.9 billion streams and is on track to become the first song to reach five billion streams by the end of 2025.
For Playboi Carti, “Timeless” is one of three tracks to reach the billion-stream milestone, joining other collaborations like “FE!N” with Travis Scott and “Popular,” featuring The Weeknd and Madonna.
