Local News: 2nd Gunman Arrested in Brooklyn Police-Involved Shooting

A second gunman has been arrested in connection with a police-involved shooting incident that took place earlier this week in Brooklyn. Law enforcement sources reported that the arrest occurred overnight, involving members of the U.S. Marshals, NYPD, and FBI. Investigators are now considering whether to file federal charges against the suspect.

Details surrounding the incident remain scarce. Police were called to the area of Ocean and Church avenues in Flatbush around 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, responding to reports of shots fired involving two individuals in a gunfight. Officers patrolling the neighborhood quickly exited their vehicles and drew their weapons. It remains unclear if one of the suspects aimed a firearm at the officers, but police indicated that one officer fired at a suspect, striking him.

The injured suspect, identified as Edynesson Bauduy, 22, was taken to Kings County Hospital in critical condition. Authorities noted that Bauduy has a lengthy criminal history, including two felony convictions. The second suspect had initially fled the scene but has since been apprehended.

An ongoing investigation aims to clarify the circumstances of the shooting and determine the next steps in the case. For more updates on local news and events, visit hiphopraisedmetheblog.com!
