Mally Mall has found himself back in federal custody as a federal judge considers whether to revoke his supervised release linked to a previous conviction for running a prostitution ring. The producer was arrested on October 28, 2025, in Nevada after allegedly violating the terms of his supervised release.
The 49-year-old was booked into the Nevada Southern Detention Center in Pahrump and appeared in court the following day. His attorney requested additional time ahead of a detention hearing, which Magistrate Judge Elayna Youchah granted. As a result, Mally Mall will remain behind bars until his next court appearance.
Currently serving a three-year supervised release following a 33-month federal sentence, Mally Mall pleaded guilty in May 2021 to using interstate facilities in aid of unlawful activity. According to the Department of Justice, he operated a high-end prostitution business that transported victims across the United States, using platforms like Backpage and Eros to advertise their services.
Prosecutors allege that Mally Mall exploited hundreds of women over a 12-year period, coercing them into relinquishing a portion of their earnings. They further claim he used psychological manipulation, encouraging victims to get tattoos of him as a sign of loyalty and leading them to believe he could advance their careers in the entertainment industry.
In February, Judge Gloria Navarro denied Mally Mall’s request for early termination of his probation, emphasizing the seriousness of his crimes. His attorney argued that travel restrictions were hindering his ability to work in music, but this claim was rejected by the court.
A hearing has been scheduled for November 17 to determine whether Mally Mall’s supervised release will be revoked. His current release is set to expire on September 17, 2026.
