Another standout track, “Luther,” originally intended as an interlude, transformed into a full-blown collaboration with SZA, proving that even initial ideas can evolve into something monumental. With the help of songwriter Ink, the track became a contender for Record of the Year and Song of the Year at the upcoming Grammys.
Sounwave emphasized the collaborative spirit that permeated the album, drawing on contributions from various artists, including Mustard and jazz virtuoso Kamasi Washington. The infectious energy of tracks like “TV Off” and the heartfelt moments captured in “Reincarnated” highlight the creative synergy within the team.
