However, Druski did respond, labeling the lawsuit as “frivolous.” In his statement, he expressed relief at the dismissal, asserting that the evidence he presented clearly vindicated him, demonstrating that he had no connection to the plaintiff and was not present in the same state at the time of the alleged incident.
