LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA – December 18, 2025 – The 12th Annual TDE Christmas Concert and Toy Drive took place in Los Angeles, showcasing the spirit of giving and community. The event, organized by Top Dawg Entertainment (TDE), successfully raised an impressive $2 million in donations, which will be used to provide toys, clothing, and essential resources for those in need.
Brandon “Big B” Tiffith, the president of Top Dawg Love the Kids and TDE’s chief marketing officer, expressed the profound impact this initiative has had over the years. “TDE Christmas began as a heartfelt effort from kids in Nickerson Gardens who wanted to give back to the community that nurtured them. Twelve years later, it has transformed into a movement fueled by our artists and supporters. With Top Dawg Love the Kids, we’re able to convert our success into meaningful service, making a real difference while keeping our mission personal. Seeing families return year after year reinforces that this event is more than just a gathering; it’s a lasting legacy.”
While the concert portion of the event did not break attendance records, it still drew a crowd of 8,000 attendees, showcasing the continued support for TDE’s charitable initiatives. Last year, the event attracted 12,000 participants.
In addition to raising funds, the two-day event in Watts, California, offered attendees a range of engaging activities, including a job fair for individuals who have previously been incarcerated, demonstrating TDE’s commitment to community support.
TDE President, Anthony “Top Dawg” Tiffith, echoed the sentiments of his colleagues, emphasizing the significance of the event. “This concert and toy drive remains one of the most meaningful events we host. It’s our way of spreading love and ensuring that children feel recognized and celebrated during a season that should be joyful. From providing shoes and clothing to offering toys and live performances, we aim to create unforgettable moments. While it started in our community, our doors are open to everyone. The joy we share and the memories we create are what matter most.”
The performances at the TDE Christmas event featured an array of talent, with artists such as SZA, Doechii, Jay Rock, Isaiah Rashad, SiR, and Ab-Soul taking the stage. The concert also included surprise appearances from hip-hop icons like Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Kendrick Lamar, Monica, and Mario. A standout moment was when Kendrick and SZA shared the stage for a performance of “30 For 30,” leaving fans excited for upcoming music, particularly after Kendrick hinted at new releases on the horizon.
As TDE continues to blend entertainment with philanthropy, the 12th Annual Christmas Concert and Toy Drive serves as a testament to their dedication to the community. For more updates on celebrity events and initiatives, visit hiphopraisedmetheblog.com.
