C.J. Wallace, the son of the late Notorious B.I.G., has achieved a significant legal victory in his ongoing dispute with Jonathan Hay. A federal judge in Tampa has denied Hay’s attempt to overturn a default ruling against him and scheduled a hearing for damages in October.
