A$AP Rocky is gearing up for an exciting release as he unveils the launch date for his new single, “Shroom Clouds,” which is set to drop this Friday. The track is expected to serve as the lead single for the highly anticipated deluxe version of his album, Don’t Be Dumb, which has faced multiple delays. Fans have been eagerly awaiting updates, and this announcement indicates that Rocky is closer than ever to delivering new music.
In a recent interview with Complex, Rocky shared insights into the upcoming single, originally titled “Mushroom Clouds.” He confirmed that the deluxe edition will include not only this new track but also five additional songs that have been in the works for up to eight years. Among these tracks are “Babushka Boi,” “Trunks,” “Sundress,” “Grim Freestyle,” and “Hijack,” all of which will feature new revisions and verses.
Rocky stated, “It’s all going to live on this too with like new revisions to it, new verses and a couple of new singles that people probably never heard.” While the single has a confirmed release date, fans are still left in suspense regarding the overall release date for Don’t Be Dumb Disc 2. Despite the lack of specific details on the album’s release, Rocky assures that updates will come sooner rather than later.
