Megan Thee Stallion has accused Tory Lanez of orchestrating a harassment campaign against her while he serves time in prison. The Houston rapper has filed an amended complaint, alleging that Lanez is behind a series of online attacks directed at her by YouTuber Milagro Gramz.
In her original lawsuit, Megan took action against Gramz in October, claiming that the YouTuber spread falsehoods during Lanez’s high-profile shooting trial. According to the latest developments, Megan’s legal team has obtained recordings of Lanez’s phone calls from prison through a subpoena, which they assert provide evidence of his involvement in the harassment.
The amended complaint states that Lanez has been paying Gramz to disseminate “malicious falsehoods” about Megan, effectively using her as a “mouthpiece” for his attacks. “In conversations with his father, [Tory] has repeatedly discussed [Gramz],” the filing notes, adding that the pair expressed confidence that Megan would be unable to prove that Lanez was compensating Gramz for her derogatory comments.
Megan’s filing further claims that Gramz’s statements about her are part of a broader conspiracy in which she acts as a paid surrogate to propagate Lanez’s lies. As a result, Megan has added a defamation claim against Milagro Gramz to her lawsuit, which already included allegations of promoting an altered sexual depiction, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and cyberstalking.
In addition to these claims, Megan has requested an injunction to prevent Gramz from engaging in any further stalking behaviors and has asked the court to impose necessary protective measures for victims of such harassment.
While neither Tory Lanez nor Milagro Gramz has publicly responded to the latest filing, the legal battle continues to unfold. Megan’s initial lawsuit accused Gramz of directing her followers to a deepfake video purportedly depicting her in a compromising situation and falsely claiming that Lanez’s DNA was not found on the gun involved in the 2020 shooting incident.
In the complaint, it was clarified that the DNA results from the firearm were actually “inconclusive,” meaning that Lanez could not be definitively excluded or included as a contributor to the mixed genetic material found.
Megan asserts that Gramz’s actions have caused significant personal and economic harm, damaged her reputation as a professional musician, and inflicted severe emotional distress. The lawsuit seeks at least $75,000 in damages, with the case scheduled to go to court on July 21, 2025.
