In a recent interview, Xzibit discussed the lead single “Play This At My Funeral,” describing it as a reflection of his current mental, physical, and emotional state. He stated, “Some finite statements are made in there. I think it’s really dope to be able to come back and show people where I am, what I’ve been doing, what I’ve done, so it answers a lot of questions.”
Xzibit emphasized that music remains his primary passion, despite his ventures in film and television. He shared that he has been working on music intermittently over the past decade but waited until he felt ready to release something that truly represented his artistic growth.
As fans gear up for the release of Kingmaker, the anticipation continues to build for what promises to be a monumental return for Xzibit. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting project and the latest happenings in the world of hip-hop!
